This notice covers only the professional inquiry form at exposure.alfecorona.com/connect. The portfolio does not use the form as a mailing-list signup.
Information collected
Name, email, optional organization and LinkedIn profile, professional audience, reason for connecting, message, consent version, submission time, and a short reference identifier. For abuse prevention, the service temporarily stores a one-way pseudonymous rate-limit token derived from connection information; it does not store the source IP in the relationship record.
Purpose and use
Alfe Corona uses the record only to evaluate, organize, and respond to a professional inquiry or potential business relationship. The information is not sold, used for automated decision-making, or added to a marketing list.
Storage and access
Records are stored in the portfolio hosting provider’s managed database. Access is limited to the site owner through authenticated hosting controls. The public site does not offer a directory, search endpoint, or administrative record view.
Retention
Relationship records carry a 12-month expiration timestamp and are removed during automated service housekeeping, with periodic owner review as a backstop. Abuse-prevention tokens expire after 24 hours. A record may be retained longer only when an active relationship or legal obligation reasonably requires it.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete a submitted inquiry by emailing alfeinfosec@gmail.com. Include the submission reference if available. Identity may be verified before a record is disclosed or changed.
Security boundary
Controls include encrypted transport, server-side validation, same-origin submission checks, bounded inputs, abuse throttling, private record access, and no-cache responses. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Do not submit passwords, security findings, customer data, regulated data, or confidential material.
